ExclusiveTechAI Books End User License Agreement

Effective Date: August 12, 2026

This End User License Agreement governs the use of ExclusiveTechAI Books, software developed and operated by Exclusive Technologies.

Purpose

ExclusiveTechAI Books provides bookkeeping, accounting-data analysis, reporting, transaction review, and artificial-intelligence-assisted financial analysis.

Accounting Disclaimer

ExclusiveTechAI Books is an informational and productivity tool. It is not a replacement for a certified public accountant, tax professional, attorney, or other qualified financial professional.

Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying recommendations, classifications, reports, and other information generated by the software.

QuickBooks Integration

The software may connect to QuickBooks Online after receiving authorization from the user through Intuit's authentication system.

Access to QuickBooks information is limited to functionality authorized by the user and permitted by Intuit.

Artificial Intelligence

Some features may use artificial intelligence to analyze financial information. AI-generated recommendations may contain errors and should be reviewed before being relied upon for accounting, tax, or business decisions.

User Responsibility

The user remains responsible for the accuracy of their accounting records, financial statements, tax filings, transaction classifications, and other business records.

Software Availability

The software is provided on an "as available" basis. Exclusive Technologies does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every analysis or recommendation will be error-free.

Ownership

ExclusiveTechAI Books, its software, interface, analysis systems, and related intellectual property remain the property of Exclusive Technologies except for third-party software and services governed by their respective licenses.

Third-Party Services

QuickBooks and Intuit are third-party services. ExclusiveTechAI Books is not responsible for interruptions, changes, or errors originating from third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Exclusive Technologies shall not be liable for losses resulting from decisions made solely on automated recommendations or AI-generated information without appropriate review.

Acceptance

By using ExclusiveTechAI Books, the user agrees to this End User License Agreement.
